Foster Named to All-Region 3-AAAAA

Riverdale High’s Jonathan Foster was named 2nd team All-Region 3-AAAAA. The talented guard led the Raiders in scoring and to a winning season. Cyrus Richards, Vontrez Leonard and James Johnson represented Riverdale as Honorable Mentions.

BOYS ROUNDUP: Riverdale Raiders (10-9, 5-4)

The Raiders have their eyes on the postseason after beating Region 3-AAAAA rival McIntosh and non-region opponent North Clayton last week. Riverdale is now in third place in the region with games left against McIntosh and Whitewater.

The Raiders have an eye toward the postseason as they sit in fourth place in Region 3-AAAAA with four region games to play in the regular season.
